Australian tax services
OM Tax Services
Waycorp Advisors operates as a partner under OM Tax Services, a registered tax agent authorised by the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) of Australia. All Australian tax agent services delivered through this website are provided under Tax Agent Registration No. 26072249.
This is an active partnership — not a referral or franchise. Waycorp Services Pty Ltd (trading as Waycorp Advisors) and its subsidiary, SydneyTaxAccountant.com Pty Ltd, deliver tax services under the same registered entity and are bound by the same professional standards.
US tax services
All US tax work is delivered by qualified preparers registered with the Internal Revenue Service. Every paid US tax preparer is required to hold a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Siddarth Jain — US CPA & IRS Registered Tax Preparer
Siddarth Jain is a qualified US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and IRS Registered Tax Preparer, holding PTIN P02451596.
As responsible preparer, Siddarth personally reviews, signs and lodges US federal and state returns — including those for Americans living in Australia and cross-border tax matters — ensuring full compliance with IRS requirements.
Wayne O’Brien — IRS Registered Tax Preparer
Wayne O’Brien is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a paid tax return preparer, holding PTIN P03482824. Wayne is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
As responsible preparer, Wayne personally reviews, signs and lodges US federal and state returns — ensuring full compliance with IRS requirements.
